Healing isn't always pretty. Sometimes, it feels like you’re picking at scabs Yah told you to leave alone. But growth is not linear—and neither is deliverance.

anger revisited. The sadness crept in.

Here’s what you need to hear: that’s normal. That’s human. And Yah isn’t disappointed—He’s present.

Each time you revisit the wound, you have a choice: scratch it in bitterness or wash it in truth.

How to stop picking the scabs:

  • Recognize triggers; don’t bow to them.

  • Speak Scripture out loud. It reprograms your reactions.

  • Worship through the ache. Praise is warfare.

Your scars will become stories. Your pain will birth poetry. And one day, you’ll look back not with shame, but with awe at how Yah held you together when you almost came undone.

Ready to move forward, past the wounds and scars of the past?

We're here for you.
