You never saw it coming, did you? The slow unraveling of your joy, the dimming of your light. When love becomes control, and affection turns to manipulation, you start to question your worth. But here's the truth: you were never the problem.

Recovering from a narcissistic relationship isn't about simply “moving on”—it’s about reclaiming the YOU that was buried under emotional warfare. It’s messy. It’s holy. And yes, it’s possible.

Start with truth. Yah’s Word reminds us, "You are fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14). The narcissist tried to erase that truth with lies, but Elohim/God already stamped you with value.

Take your power back. Not through revenge, but through Ruach-led restoration. Start small—speak kindly to yourself, break those trauma bonds with prayer and fasting, and reconnect with safe community.

Journal your healing. Every day, jot down how Yah is rebuilding you. Some days may just be, "I got out of bed." That’s still victory.

Let Yahshua lead. The Messiah Yahshua (Christ Jesus) specializes in restoration. He sees the pain you endured in secret. He will restore your soul (Psalm 23:3).

You are not too broken to be whole. In fact, your healing will become someone else's hope.

Keep going.
